Our 5000 sq. foot Richmond Virginia facility features state of the art equipment and over 10 professional instructors. Offering MMA Training, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Strength and Conditioning classes, Judo, Submission Wrestling, Sombo, Kettlebell Training and Fighter Yoga, our Richmond Virginia location gives you the ultimate in training options. We also feature a Kids Program designed around building children’s self esteem while instructing practical self defense. Private instruction with any instructor is available.

Housed in a new 6000 sq. foot facility, MMA Institute Harrisonburg has a full sized boxing ring and ample activity space.
