Hey everyone its brian nielson i go to the gym alot and yesterday my brother noticed the rash on my arm that looked kinda nasty so i went and got it checked out and it ended up bein ringwom, but im not sure how long the rash has been there and i did practice on monday so if i rolled with you or anything check yourself. Perfect time to get it with a few weeks befor my fight
