I gotta admit this shit cracks me up every time. He's got that Italiano look and likes showing his ass. Kinda reminds me of a juiced up Tom tom..

Re:Judo ?? - 2007/08/09 01:41 I agree. It seems a bit slow in the beginning and being a bit on the heavy side, when I get thrown I tend to land hard.
I think with each class my falls are getting easier and I'm tumbling a bit better. I can definitely see the advantages on finessing take downs, capitalizing on your opponents when they are off balance, while keep your center of gravity. You get a good throw in, and you can regain a good position on the ground.

Just look at Fedor. He pwns world class wrestlers far stronger than him, like Mark Coleman, with simple hip throws and a great center of balance. I just think the submissions on the ground are much less refined as opposed to BJJ on the ground. Wrestling for single legs, shooting in on take downs and keeping superior positioning when on top, and judo makes good for take downs when you are in an unorthodox position in a clinch. Not sure if that makes sense. I'm going to do the judo/BJJ route for my take downs and ground game.

Patience, grasshoppers!

Perfect example Bayan. Nothing like throwing a guy and making it look effortless.
