General Information

A kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannonball with a handle.  It is the ultimate tool for extreme all around fitness, and is especially appropriate to build the strength and conditioning of a fighter.  Unlike traditional weight lifting, the kettlebell classes at MMA Institute are designed to improve all-purpose strength, muscle endurance and staying power, blending strength, conditioning, flexibility, and joint stability.  This type of training forges a true fighter’s physique where form follows function.
